“The reason I give BelRed a five star rating is because of a person. The person is Jose S. Jose came out and the issue with our furnace/heat pump on the his first visit. Unfortunately, it was BelRed’s third visit. Jose went above and beyond to address our issue and resolve it in a way that would prevent a need for a return visit. Jose went under our house, spent a large amount of time late in the day and did a fantastic job all the way around. Very pleased with his efforts. Also, the manager, Brandon or Brendan (not sure) was fantastic in listening to our issues and coming up with a solution that was acceptable. It’s unfortunate that a furnace never goes out when it’s warm. I appreciate BelRed getting people out here in a timely fashion to get our heat back on. BelRed is lucky to have people like Jose and his manager. Sorry, not sure of his name. These two make BelRed a better company.”
