Due to the age of our equipment, we had misfortune with our water heater and heat pump going south. We’ve been long time customers of Bel Red using their annual service plan and have great respect for their services and people. Very knowledgeable people all around – both in the field and from their office staff. Scheduling was a breeze and it was nice having the follow up calls and emails to remind us who was coming. This time around our kudos go out to Ray B, Russ H., Jordan B., Trevor B., Joe C. and Denise Johnson who went out of her way to help us with financing. We’re now the proud owners of a top of the line Trane heat pump and furnace as well as a Navien tankless water heater. Looking forward to continued top notch service for many years to come.

Russ H and Josh O installed a new furnace in a little over a 1/2 day. I was very pleased with the time spent explaining the process and of course how everything was suppose to work. The work and job exceed my expectations! Turns out Dustin H. installed the furnace with the above great job and Russ H followed up helping us set the fan speed and tune up the fresh air intake. All around great job!

Justin H & helper Josh O installed a new Trane gas furnace when the old one failed. They did an excellent job and their installation looks great. With the frigid weather (lows of 19 degrees), we are happy to have reliable heat!
