Nike E and Kyle H were great today replacing my furnace. We are installing a heat pump too in a few days, but these guys came out at last minute notice because we had no heat and needed the new furnace asap. Thankful for their customer care!

| Our furnace broke three days ago, after 35 years of service(!). The BelRed team really helped us to understand our options, review every detail, and get a replacement furnace installed. Quick, painless, and courteous!!! Jose S. and Jordan B. worked extra late to ensure that we had heat last night, and they were back first thing this morning to install the heatpump. Highly recommended. I also want to commend the fine work of Cody M, who came out and did the final phases of the installation of the heatpump and tuned the thermostat perfectly. I’m delighted!

| Chris is personable and a clear communicator. He did excellent work and was able to diagnosis the problem with our furnace right away. Not only did he fix that problem, but he added a switch that would allow us to turn the fan on the furnace on and off during the summer. His work was thorough and his summary of the work completed was helpful for someone who doesn’t understand the technical terms. I highly recommend him.

| BelRed has maintained our furnace for the past 10 years, and at 19 years a board failed and the exchanger had a crack so time toreplace. They gave me a good price on a new one, Fernando/Nick/Dustin had to do some fancy install work to accommodate the A/C chiller on top, and did a workman-like job installing and cleaning up. I’m very satisfied.
