There is a saying that “no good deed goes unpunished”. In an effort to provide the best service possible to our customers, we upgraded the phone lines into our office the other week. This resulted in a change in the routing ID used by all phone companies to locate us based on our phone number. Unfortunately, not all carriers update this registry regularly, and as a result, we missed hundreds of your calls over the past two weeks.
Some of you encountered busy signals, others just dead air. In any case, the problem has been fixed, and our phone lines are all up and running now.
