Because of the urgent nature of our service work, especially in severe winter weather when heating is a necessity, we make every effort to reach as many of our customers as we can. Our primary concern, however, is the safety of our team members. During severe weather, we prioritize our calls, making our Comfort Guard Maintenance Agreement customers and customers without heat our first priority, and triaging all other calls based on urgency of the situation and our ability to reach your home (avoiding dangerous hills, driveways, etc.).
We encourage all of our customers to sign up for our Comfort Guard program, to ensure priority response regardless of the weather. We also appreciate your understanding when severe weather hits, as many non-priority appointments (such as tune-ups and duct cleanings) may need to be rescheduled. We’re sure that, if you were without heat, you would want us to make you a priority, and we appreciate your patience when we have to do this for others.
Our installations trucks have more difficulty in snow than our service vehicles, and many installations need to be rescheduled during severe winter weather. Rest assured that we do everything possible to get you heat as fast as we can, including providing you with portable space heaters, and even making temporary repairs to your heating system (if possible) at no charge to you.
We are here for you, even in severe weather, doing our best to ensure your health, safety and comfort, along with the safety of our own team members.
