With our growth into Snohomish County over the past few years, customers from Bothell to Arlington have been asking us when they would be able to work with us AND take advantage of the rebates offered by PUD. The answer is NOW! As of October 1st, BelRed is a registered installer with the Snohomish County Public Utility District.

The Snohomish county PUD offers rebates for upgrades to electrically heated homes in their service area. This includes rebates up to:

$400 for duct sealing and insulating

$800 for ductless heat pumps

$1,200 for ducted heat pumps

$2,500 for geothermal heat pumps

This program also offers low-interest loans to qualified customers, ranging from $1,000 to $25,000 for energy improvements.

PUD customers interested in taking advantage of this program must contact the PUD for authorization and to schedule a home audit prior to starting any work.
